I understand that this program will entail inputs on my pitch deck done with help of  processing with different AI models as well as mentors which will be shared with various individuals, investors, firms , VCs, Angel Investors, Family Offices and other stakeholders and ecosystem players to make them aware of my startup. I also understand  there could be certain services where  me or my cofounders zoom interview, quotes, bytes, words that will be published on various Social channels including those of The Great Unicorn Hunt.The pitch deck or any other information uploaded here and in different channels indicates that there is nothing confidential I have included there and protecting the data shared is my responsibility and no one else's since I understand that I can restrict or prevent any data from being submitted however once it is submitted, it is meant to be widely shared with various Ecosystem players. I understand that irrespective of the nature of association with The Great Unicorn Hunt, I have no rights on any IP, content shared, revenue share , proprietary data and I am supposed to ensure the confidentiality of the data and information and no one else is responsible or liable for it. 

 2.Your utilization of our AI services and those provided with the help of Third Party tools, agents, companies and entities constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and its clear to you that the right of admission to the program and its continuation is solely at the discretion of The Great Unicorn Hunt and that The Great Unicorn Hunt or any of its owners executives, office bearers, affiliates, sponsors can halt the continuation of the program or any of its services AI or non AI incase of hateful behavior , unacceptable conduct, unethical practices, concealment of information as decided by management and office bearer of The Great Unicorn Hunt or its owners, executives, sponsors  and / or without assigning any reason or without offering a refund incase any payment has been made.

 3.The Great Unicorn Hunt reserves the authority to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

 4.Our AI services and all other services are provided on an “as-is” basis, with no warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability or availability implied and availing these services does not give you any right, implied or otherwise to represent , address or be hostile, derogatory, unparliamentary toward The Great Unicorn Hunt or its entities, owners, afflites, office bearers, employees or anyone and doing so could result in immediate termination from the portal and group without assigning a reason, Rights to admission to portal and services are solely at the discretion of the Management of The Great Unicorn Hunt and its owners, affiliates and office bearers.

 5.Users accept full responsibility for decisions or actions taken based upon the output from our AI services and other services including but not restricted to  Smallference & L_AI_brary which are meant as academic input for education and not as an investment service or advice. Ensuring confidentiality is your responsibility and not that of The Great Unicorn Hunt or its affiliates, employees, owners, directors, associates, third party vendors and you indemnify all but not restricted to roles being played by agencies, entities , third party tools, third party sites, nonproprietary or proprietary tools , sites, functionalities or deployments  directly or indirectly.

 6.The Great Unicorn Hunt disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from your use of our AI services or any other services and you cannot profit from , represent , collect money on our behalf or initiate any services or offerings without written permission from us. Doing so or indulging in any act , words or deeds that misrepresent, malign , bad mouth or speak negatively will be treated as violation of terms and conditions and can invite legal action or punitive measures.

 7.Usage of our AI services or any of our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

 8.All intellectual property rights associated with our AI services and other services are exclusively retained by The Great Unicorn Hunt.

 9.Reproduction, modification, or distribution of our AI services and any other services without explicit written permission from The Great Unicorn Hunt is forbidden.

10.You indemnify The Great Unicorn Hunt, its owners, employees, agencies, affiliates or anyone involved in execution of this program since you have decided to enrol in this program out of your own free will and with full understanding of the program.
